I was fortunate enough to bump into Simon Morton on the day of my first appearance at Stockport Magistrates Court.
He took my case on with only minutes before the hearing. We got the paperwork and went through it line by line. I told him my story of what had happened. He advised me and went through all of the documentation.
I entered a guilty plea, and then Simon argued for me to keep my driving licence. I needed to keep my licence for work purposes.
Thankfully to Simon the Magistrates' agreed....
