This is not the experience I have had! I understood the firm deals exclusively with Criminal Defence. They deal with really serious crimes. They have represented me and many other people I know in the area. Their advice is really sharp and on the ball all of the time. I used to go to other solicitors before I was recommended this Practice and the difference between this firm and others is that their two Partners are really clever and knowledgeable solicitors and “on the case” all of the time and always seem to instruct the best barristers around. In court, the difference between this firm’s and others is unbelievable. Keep up the good work!!
I really think that your negative experience must be in reference to a similarly named firm called “Charles Simmons Immigration Solicitors” also in Ilford.

I have read your review. You may not be aware that Charles simmons has split up and now only deals with criminal matters. The immigration department has moved and are a seperate entity.
I find it strange that you say that they do not retuns callsI have always found they respond to my calls. It maybe that you are trying to contact the immigration department but as you are now aware they have nothing further to do with the firm. If you have a complaint about the criminal department, which I very much doubt, why not contact one of the partners and explain to him why you are unhappy...
